South Korean giant Samsung is expected to launch the Samsung Galaxy S24 series earlier than before. The reports by Seoul Economic Daily state Galaxy S24 series is set to launch in San Francisco, USA, in January 2024 although it doesn’t put out any dates as such.
Samsung held its annual Unpacked event for the Galaxy S23 series on February 1st last year followed by a launch on February 18. The series comprised three models – Galaxy S23, S23+, and S23 Ultra.
Keeping the timeline in mind, the January 2024 release for the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S24 series is at least a month before the processors. It could be January 18th which falls smack one month ahead of Galaxy S23’s February 18th launch last year.
The series, as known, comprises three models – Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+, and Galaxy S24 Ultra, all of which have leaked countless times even though we are technically a few months away.
Samsung Galaxy S24 Series Specifications (Expected)
Samsung Galaxy S24 series has already appeared in countless leaks. We have heard that the Samsung Galaxy S24 will get Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC while the vanilla S24 & S24+ variants get Exynos 2400 SoC instead and that too in some regions.
The trio is expected to get titanium frames competing against the likes of the Apple iPhone 15 Pro series. Of course, other reports limit titanium frames to the Ultra variant although we will have to wait for further confirmation.
There’s a Dynamic AMOLED LTPO panel with a 120Hz refresh rate across the series. There’s Android 14-powered OneUI 6, an alleged 4000mAh battery on S24, 4900mAh on S24+, and 5000mAh on S24 Ultra to name a few.
