Vivo’s X60 series is incoming on December 29 and it will be the first to sport Samsung’s 5nm chipset – the almighty Exynos 1080. Apparently, Vivo has shared live press renders of both Vivo X60 and Vivo X60 Pro with Zeiss branding on-board. Vivo’s Chinese online store shared the press renders of both the models with all available colors and it is truly impressive.
Vivo X60 Color Options, Cameras
Talking about Vivo X60 arrives with a triple camera setup with a micro-gimbal stabilizer on top of it and excludes the periscope lens. A front punch-hole sensor takes the seat on a flat display. The phone will arrive in three color variants i.e. Black, Pearl White, and Blue-ish gradient.
The specs on Vivo X60 Pro offer a quad-camera setup including both periscope lens and a micro-gimbal stabilization taking the most space. It is available in two color variants i.e. Black and Blue-ish gradient. Unfortunately, the Pearl White is reportedly not available with the Pro variant.
Digital Chat Station on Weibo shared a list of camera specifications that both Vivo X60 and X60 Pro offers. The standard X60 offers a triple camera setup including a 48MP primary sensor with f/1.6 aperture, a secondary 13MP ultrawide sensor, and a tertiary 13MP portrait sensor.
When it comes to the Pro variant, the Vivo X60 camera specs include the all three lenses aforementioned with a fourth 8MP periscope sensor with 5x optical & 60X digital zoom. Both the models offer Zeiss branding and a second-gen micro-gimbal stabilization. The primary sensor here has an aperture of f/1.48 instead of f/1.6 on the standard variant. Both the models run on the latest OriginOS which is an overhauled custom UI from Vivo that replaced FuntouchOS.
Vivo X60 Pro+ sports a powerful Snapdragon 888
There’s a third variant too called the Vivo X60 Pro+ that hasn’t caught much limelight. It reportedly offers a L-shaped camera setup although we aren’t aware of any specifications as of now. Upcoming Vivo X60 Pro+ specifications include the almighty Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 that sits under the hood while the other two X60 models get Samsung’s Exynos 1080 SoC under the hood.
